Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

I bought my wife the hot stone massage which she said was great, but wished there was more actually massage. Apparently there's less massage time because they lay the stones on you for some time. Friendly staff. Decently priced for the quality.

What a great experience! I've been trying different places out to find the right one to become a regular. I'm a dental hygienist and work with my neck and back bent over all day and needed someone that could work out all my knots. I was recommended Dustin, and he did a PHENOMENAL job. I became a member the moment I walked out the door and will go to no one else. Making my husband his first appointment there!

I'm a fan of this place personally. I do the membership because my back is always tight. I've had a few different therapists and they've all been great! Don't be afraid to ask for what you need (soft/firm pressure, talking/no talking). Everyone's different

I am beyond disappointed in the services provided by this establishment. I bought my boyfriend a gift card for a massage, plus I added on an extra foot massage for him to have an extensive experience. Not only was he shorted on time, but the masseuse talked the ENTIRE time. Small talk would be one thing considering the manager herself told me there is supposed to be no talking. But worse, she complained and griped about her personal life and current issues at home, on top of incessantly talking about herself. This is not a salon where you catch up with your regulars. Massage therapy is supposed to be relaxing, rejuvenating and peaceful, therapeutic to your body and ultimately your overall energy. Apparently Kristin thought this was a therapy session for her to talk about her life. So instead of leaving feeling renewed or even just a little bit better physically, he got emotional baggage dumped on him by someone who is supposedly the “most requested masseuse”, and now 2 days later he's having back pains from her failed, repeated attempts to crack his back. Then after having a terrible massage, he was given attitude when he wasn’t going to leave a tip. I understand that most businesses cannot give a refund for gift cards, but you have to come up with a better resolution than offering another gift card to suffice for providing terrible service; why would someone want to come back, regardless of it being free, if your place does terrible business? Not to mention I spent a lot of money for the job to get done right the first time. My boyfriend and I will not be supporting your business ever again in the future, and I highly warn anyone looking into this place.

Never been so disappointed at a business. Got a facial done and they managed to peel the skin off my chin as well. I am now stuck with a nasty scar. On informing them they seemed absolutely relaxed about the whole situation. I walked in the next day so they could look at it. All they had to say was that it looked bad, asked me to shop around for some patches that would help and said that they hoped it would heel in a few days. All this in spite of me telling them that I had an official event coming up in a week. How generous!!!! It was quiet evident that the service they provided was poor and they had no regret in keeping the 110 dollars that I paid for this nasty service. Absolutely regret that I had to spend my hard earned money on such people with no work ethics. Could have spent it on a million other deserving causes.
