Part of the Ottawa yoga community since 2002, Upward Dog Yoga Centre offers 50 classes a week for all levels with wide variety of styles, including HOT ROOM Power, HATHA, VINYASA Flow, YIN, PILATES, BARRE, BEGINNERS YOGA and PRE/POST NATAL. We also offer MASSAGE by registered massage therapist and physiotherapy and acupuncture coming soon. Our environmentally conscious Byward Market Centre has three yoga halls and is equipped with changing and showering facilities. Our instructors are certified with Yoga Alliance and many have received their training through the Upward Dog Teacher Training Program.
All of our classes are drop-in, so whether you're new to yoga, enjoy a regular yoga practice, or maybe a seasoned athlete looking to take your training to a whole new level, we offer classes that will help you to find balance, peace, health, and well-being.
