Studio One is a personal training studio in the heart of New Edinburgh, east of downtown Ottawa.
We work with our clients to develop fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle strategies to improve their lives by addressing the stresses, habits, and decisions that affect their physical and mental well-being. We top that all off by providing our clients with effective workouts every time they come into see us.
We have no contracts, no hidden fees, and will work with you to fit your sessions into your lifestyle. Our goal is to make fitness a fun and effective launch pad to improving every aspect of your life.

We have 3 full-time trainers covering all hours of the day, and Saturdays, to better fit your workouts into your work and family-life schedule.
