Donna and her team is amazing. We’ve been working together for a few months now and I cannot recommend her enough. She is incredibly attentive to my injury, and has been working with me to try many different exercises to get me feeling better. I’m already feeling way better than I was before. Would recommend her to anyone!!!
I went to see Motion Matters from a coworker referral and don't regret it! James as the physiotherapist help me a lot due to a shoulder injury pre-pandemic which was on and off when playing sports. Decided to go see the team when the injury kept coming back to find a solution. Through various sessions with James, my shoulder is back to normal without any flare ups anymore. Would definitely recommend coming here for any of your physiotherapy needs!

Five-star staff and a five-star service! Everyone at Motion Matters are great. For my sciatic nerve injury, both Donna and Anna have been helping me to recover. They have been fantastic. They listen, they explain, they motivate, and they give me the right level of challenge in my home exercises to keep me moving along the road to full movement. I have been to other clinics but these ladies put them in the shade! I really thought I wouldn't get my flexible body back after I injured it but now I know I will. I strongly recommend Motion Matters Physiotherapy.

Out of the handful of physiotherapists I have visited over the years, Motion Matters is the only place that has successfully healed me. This is my 3rd series of visits for 3 different issues and I'm on my way to healing already! Its downtown location is worth the drive from Orleans because the results are so good and parking is super easy to find these days. Thank you Donna!
I have been going to Motion Matters for over 15 years now, on and off, for all kinds of aches, pains and mishaps. Getting old and being out of shape sucks, but the staff and team of physiotherapists have always been TOP NOTCH professionals. With Monate, Vanessa and now Kathy, I have always been treated well and received great care from the physiotherapists. The support staff, Elizabeth, Soheila, and others, are awesome to deal with and make you feel valued and important. Great services, great team! Highly recommended!
I have been seeing Donna at Motion Matters for issues with TMJ. She has been absolutely amazing and I feel great when I leave. She has given so many exercise to do at home to help improve the mobility of the jaw. The team is also great, very friendly and always remembers your name. They are very friendly and accommodating! What a great place!
