OC3 is a team of Chiropractors, Physiotherapists, Active Release (ART) & Shockwave practitioners, Registered Massage Therapists, Naturopaths, Yoga & Pilates teachers working together under one roof.

We specialize in muscular, neurological, and skeletal pain, along with acute and chronic workplace and sports injuries.

Great place! Riley helped me to get rid of my hip pain I had for months. He is really knowledgeable, showed me exercises and was able to diagnose right away what the problem is. All staff is young, very enthusiastic and welcoming. Highly recommended!

I have experienced chronic pain for many years. As a recovering drug addict finding a treatment plan that did not include narcotics felt impossible and hopeless, until I walked through the doors at intergrate. Dr junek welcomed me with care and compassion. I began receiving lidocaine injections and it has absolutely changed my life. I cannot properly express just how grateful I am to have found intergrate and dr junek.
The staff is so welcoming, kind and easy to get ahold of. Plus, having multiple practitioners in one building is incredibly helpful! I have been going here for a year and can’t imagine being treated anywhere else.
I’ve been suffering from a car accident that happened in 2016 , I’ve done every treatment possible with no relief , in 2022 , I finally listened to a family member and went to see Ashley !! We had a full review and chat and we talked about the steps we could take. We added in Chiro with Jess and then added in injections with Junek , honestly I’ve gone from a pain sale of 7-10 to 3-5 within a couple weeks !!!! The quote I loved from one of the practitioners was “ we don’t know when you will get better , but you will get better “. Truly blessed to have such kind caring practitioners who listen and care about getting you better and not about the $ aspect .
Happy to have stumbled upon the collective through Googling. Currently seeing Dr. Coady who is very good, and has an overall philosophy in her approach to chiropractic that is reassuring and helpful. There is no pressure to book regular appointments, it's a come-as-needed approach. The reception is very responsive, never had an issue booking an appointment.
What a great place to get your pain treatments addressed. Very friendly, courteous and caring staff. I highly recommend them.
Had a prenatal physiotherapy assessment. I highly recommend Shelagh. She was very professional yet relatable, made sure I was at ease and comfortable, explained everything and gave great tips and exercises to manage pregnancy and prepare for childbirth. I highly recommend every woman gets a pelvic floor assessment with her, regardless of their situation.
I initially found Integrate while looking for dry needling for my mom, and decided to book both of us an appointment - physiotherapy for my mom and massage for myself. I can happily say that we have received wonderful results! Shelagh’s expertise has enabled my mom to sleep through the night for the first time in years after her neck and shoulder injury, and she has been very attentive and accommodating. My mom can now enjoy her day without the stress of her chronic pain thanks to Shelagh. Devin has been amazing and is very knowledgeable - he has helped fix problems I didn’t even know I had from daily stress! My mobility and overall health have vastly improved since my first visit. The staff there are very kind, helpful and welcoming. I highly recommend this clinic and we will be definitely be coming back in the future!
