Uptown Plumbing, Heating & Cooling

Uptown Plumbing, Heating and Cooling came south to New Prague to provide outstanding service and professionalism. I received an electronic notice of who my technician is complete with a picture which added a sense of safety and confidence. The techs arrived at their scheduled time and got right to the project. Both technicians (Max and Tye) were friendly and professional. The install was flawless! They retrofit a new furnace in a 16 year old home and the finished product has a better fit and finish than the original install when the house was new! After the install, they took the time to explain exactly what they did and made sure that I was comfortable with the operations of the unit. I couldn't be more pleased with Uptown, what a great experience! From the first call to the final handshake, Uptown was top notch.

Right off the bat Peter was all smiles, very professional and honestly made me feel like there was no place else he should be than in my home to the services I hired Uptown for. He was very clear about what to expect; laying out a timeline and giving a pretty quick yet detailed overview of what he was going to do. I had a couple of questions that he answered very clearly and took the time to make sure I understood what he was doing. I work in a service and sales type of industry so I can certainly appreciate wonderful service when I receive it and Peter and Uptown provided that. I would also like to acknowledge the call and email alert I received ahead time to not only let me know he was on his way, but to give me a snapshot of who was coming as well as some personal info about the person coming to my home. It helped make the whole experience much more comfortable. I will definitely work with them again if the need arises!

Thank you Uptown Plumbing for providing great service to fix my leaking pipes! Vonica who took my call was friendly & helpful. Sean, "my" plumber, was AWESOME! He not only did a great job, but he was prompt, professional, & on top of that he was kind & friendly. I have to say he was a good communicator & a good listener too. Someone I know recommended that I call Uptown. Now, I will definitely recommend him & Uptown to anyone who needs plumbing help!! Thanks again...

Dan L. (and the whole Uptown team) was very courteous and kept me updated on when they were planning on arriving, etc. I also received a text after the phone call and before the tech. arrived for the visit, giving name, photo and background of the tech. That really helps in making sure the correct person is at the door. Arrived right at scheduled time and finished within listed time frame. Much better than some other service / delivery people who can't seem to pin things down to better than "maybe sometime during the day". Dan also was very courteous in showing me various items he was inspecting on the forced air heating system and recommendations for items to improve safety, comfort and operating efficiency of the furnace. It was a pleasure working with Dan.

With uptown you know the product you're going to get. They work fast, clean, and most of all, with honesty and integrity. I had the privilege to have Chad Cole work on my boiler and he did an amazing job. Prompt, kind, extremely knowledgeable, everything you'd want when you need something done right the first time. Edit 10/20/17 Had Dan L come out today and he was super super helpful. Due to rare illness, my wife has trouble regulating her body temperature. Our new boiler had some power saving settings enabled which prevented us from adjusting it a couple degrees. Dan diagnosed the problem, and even wrote directions down for me if it needs to happen again. He took extra steps to make sure we had exactly what we needed.
