They were able to send someone out the same evening. (Do plumbing emergencies ever happen on a weekday morning?) The plumber they sent was awesome. Nathan (Tech #92) was great at explaining my options and the work that needed to be done. He completed the work promptly and well. I was impressed with Nathan's helpfulness and courtesy.

I will only recommend this company after my experience using them for the first time yesterday. My wife and I are relatively new homeowners, when it comes to plumbing forget about it.. we have absolutely no clue what is going on. So after a long work day, traffic back ups on the commute home only to find a massive puddle surrounding the floor drain in our basement along with pooled water backed up in the wash sink, I'd had enough. From calling in to work being completed was less than 3 hours. Fred was assigned to the ticket and he apologized upon arrival for not being there sooner. He was ahead of schedule based on the 30 minute window that was communicated from the dispatcher. He was knowledgeable and took his time to explain what was going on and made me feel comfortable about proceeding forward with the work needed to unclog the drain. Tree roots were a factor, he used a camera to show exactly what was going on and he was very good about providing context as to what this could cause down the road if not addressed. All in all great customer service end to end, hard work by the technician and resolved a headache in a very timely manner. They did a good job.

Plumbers were great - dispatch was horrible. We booked a shower repair for Thursday at 4:00pm. Thursday morning they called back to tell us "oh, we don't actually work evening or weekends"(Then WHY DID YOU SCHEDULE US FOR THEN ???). Rescheduled for Tuesday - took the day off from work. They promised "between 8:00am and noon". OK, made lunch plans for 1:00. No sign of anyone. Called at 11:30 - "They are on their way". Called and spoke to manager at 1:00 "they are just finishing up 5 minutes from you. They showed up at 1:45 ! The actual guys were great - clean, professional - showed us all the work (great job Phil and Cain !). Called Manager again to complain - finally they gave us 50% off our bill...it's too bad - we've used them before and they are usually excellent - this time the dispatchers really let them down.

Had a clogged up shower drain that I've used Liquid Plumber on a few times before. However, even that wouldn't work to clear out whatever was clogging up my drain now. Steve (#655) was courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly as he explained to me what the issue was and quickly fixed it. Furthermore, he explained to me some preventative measures that I could take in the future in order to help stop this from happening again. Also, I was very happy that I could schedule someone to come out on Sunday morning on Saturday afternoon with no issues. I was expecting to have to wait at least a few days before they could fit me in. I was very happy with this service and would use it again in a heartbeat.

First home and first plumbing problem. Tried to fix it myself but to no avail. So I called Roto-Rooter and they fixed my clogged kitchen line perfectly. It drains better than it has before and I could not have done this myself. Josh (#4348) was very personal and committed to getting the job done right.
