Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I called for an appointment and they were able to come out within an hour. I had a plunged up floor drain and they were able get get it working in no time. As long as they were here I had them clean out another line and the mainline to the street. Then they can back and ran a camera down the main line, it looked good. I though the service was great and the people nice. #4348 Josh.

I called on a Saturday, and they were out within 2 hrs. Jim worked his ass off and would not give up until he was confident the problem was solved. This was for a main line backup on an older house that I had just purchased. It had been converted from a septic system to city sewer, and not built in a traditional manner so it was a bit of a challenge. He spent almost 4 hrs working on it. I have the ability to do this job on my own, but it would have cost me more to rent the equipment than it did to have them come out. I would definitely call on them again if needed.

I ended up having a root clog in my main line roto-rooter originally did their part in helping me get this figured out. Also the spiel about having a pipe camera tech come out was comical as well (he was the nicest guy i dealt with though I do have to say that), but then the guy to quote the job came out and said it would be over $9,000 MIN to get it fixed (who was a total d*ck). He also tried to scare tactics me with doing it immediately since winter was coming up. I went to 3 other notable companies that all quoted under $4,000 to fix my main line. One of the other companies laughed since an excavator is hardly affected ground freeze.

Pete from Rotorooter was prompt in arriving and repaired our clogged drain quickly and thoroughly. Pete was polite and easy to work with. He explained everything he did and gave us tips on how to keep our drain in good shape. An extra bonus that was much appreciated is that Rob, the general manager, didn't charge our non-profit organization for the work done. INCREDIBLY GENEROUS!!!!

Our technician was Jeff S. #2205. He was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained how he was going to clean the main line, how much it was going to cost right upfront. HE brought in all of his equipment and protected his work area so when he left, it was better than when he started. He also offered to have a plumber contact us for other issues we discussed and restoration services for the water damage caused by the plugged drain that caused the problem, Our first call everytime.
