If I could give this place 6 stars I would. UPT crossfit is literally the best gym I've ever had the pleasure of being a part of. There are 2 separate programs: OLY olympic weightlifting and crossfit. Both offer excellent benefits depending on what you're trying to improve and focus on. The coaches for both programs are incredibly knowledgable and show passion for what they do. I'd reccomend this place to anybody.
Best gym in Montreal by far! Coaches are super knowledgable and encouraging and the members are really inclusive. The facility and equipment is brand new and clean.
Great trainers and spacious gym for Crossfit. Marc will always have a smile for you and make you feel part of the family. Love this place.
