UPMC Chautauqua WCA

Absolutely filthy. Needle caps all over the floor, dried blood on the floor of of my triage room. Everyone seems to have a nasty standoffish attitude. If you can help it, please go somewhere else. Bathroom used to give urin samples was covered with overflowing dirty paper towels. Nurses wearing dingy white t-shirts ? In a terrible side of Jamestown. This was my first and only trip here. I will never be returning.

WCA=worst care available...... this is because they "misdiagnosed" my husband's grandpa who is currently on his way to st Vincent from Westfield. WCA didn't do enough tests to find out what's wrong with him. Very upset. This is why I don't take my kids there. I do not trust them at all. I thought because they went to upmc they would improve but they haven't. All they did was redo their ER. 😠😠😠😠

Came in with my eye swollen and large blood pockets bulging from the whites of my eye. I was taken back immediately and Dr came in before I was even in bed. My eye turned out to be normal but Dr discovered I was having a mini stroke. I am so greatful for the staff at the hospital. Everyone was very caring and I felt safe. Thank you everyone!

AVOID this Hospital if possible. The' worst Hospital in the entire County. This Hospital has never had a good reputation, and now,..it's even worse. I'd rather die than get treated here,..and that is NO joke!

The reviews for this hospital are by far the funniest thing I have ever read in my life. One lady writing about catching a thief outside the facility (I think? Read "Beba's" review...if you want to read something absolutely word salad...probably has nothing to do with this WCA). I just Googled WCA Hospital Chautauqua because they're putting an addition on and I needed some information. I also particularly enjoy reading reviews where people blame the hospital and doctors on staff for not being able to collect disability. As if ER doctors have any say in anything. They're contracted doctors, working under some sort of insurance and cannot authorize a lifetime of disability because someone got hurt and work and went to the ER one time. Why would anyone blame the ER doctor? It's a hospital in Jamestown, so what the hell do you expect when you go in? One hospital for many miles. Oiy!!!
