Brooks Memorial Hospital is a 65-bed general medical and surgical hospital located in scenic Northern Chautauqua County, specializing in: Women’s Health Services, including state-of-the-art digital mammography, ultrasound, maternity/labor/delivery; orthopedic specialty, sports medicine, and physical therapy; NEW advanced CT Scanner; ambulatory surgery; pain management; emergency department - including the new “BrooksCare Express” fast track process; and quick-turnaround laboratory services, etc. For information visit www.brookshospital.org or call 366-1111.

This is my second time coming here...this place is very efficient and attentive. There was no one in the emergency room when we got here within 5 min my husband was being seen and acessed. Everyone is very kind and friendly.❤

The food service staff member working during the 5:00 dinner hour was too busy talking to his buddies instead of manning the cash register. My nephew waited for ten minutes to cash out (he was the only one in line). We finally had to walk up to the worker (opposite end of register) to tell him we needed to cash out. Also, your variety and quality of your food leaves something to be desired. The prices are outrageous for what crappy quality it is. I will not be eating any more meals at this hospital!

I was in the ER last night with my son and the girl at the window was great, she was so kind and caring and not like a robot like the others girls I have met there.For all you negative people out there that complain should work with the public for a day and see how it really is ! Everyone is quick to complain about something but never toss a compliment so here is yours Kimberly! thank you for everything!

When my girlfriend had a sever anxiety attack she was taken by ambulance to this Hospital. We waited 7 hours only to find out we were only 4th on the list to get in by that time AND THERE WAS AN ELDERLY WOMAN WHO'D BEEN IN A CAR ACCIDENT AND HAS BEEN WAITING FOR 9+ HOURS AHEAD OF US. We left without receiving care and had to pay an outrageous bill for the ambulance. Today my girlfriends roommate had a extremely sever anxiety attack to the point were she couldn't move her legs and was stuck in a horribly awkward position on the Hospital Bed (She was also taken by ambulance). She didn't receive any medication for an hour. Also the staff was very unconcerned and rude about her condition and seemed to try and give her as little attention as possible. This hospital is a DISGRACE.
