Five Star Urgent Care - Jamestown

We use Five Stars service several times a year. We've never been disappointed. We absolutely love Ginny. She takes a ton of time with the patients and is very thorough with her explanations. The office and nurses staff are excellent as well. I've never had one bad experience there.

Five Star did a great job tonight! Not enough stars for exceptional service! Lindsay the PA is wonderful and did a terrific job with my stitches, and Bonnie C. a great nurse. Thanks for being there when I needed you😊

They have a fantastic group of people/workers, most of all GREAT DOCTORS...and whom listens to the patient and pretty much will do for them whatever they feel is best for the persons that know their body, medically!! I WOULD RECOMMEND ANYONE AND OR EVERYONE HAVING A PROBLEM, TO GO RIGHT DOWN TO FIVE STAR URGENT CARE JAMESTOWN!!! Another GREAT ASPECT OF URGENT CARE IS THAT THEY ARE QUICK IN GETTING PATIENTS IN TO BE SEEN!!! I LOVED ♥️ THEM AND I WOULD RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO GO THERE FIRST BEFORE THE ER!!!!! Went in the morning and was greeted with smiling faces. There was absolutely no wait time to see the provider. It was nice to know that somebody was generally concerned about my health and not just a number. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I have used 5 star many times and am happy to give them "5 stars"! You won't catch me in the ER ever again unless Urgicare tells me otherwise. I always hop online and see how long the wait is first (a huge bonus for me)! The staff are always courteous, professional and detailed! They work hard to get you out as fast as possible and they are great with kids!! Please visit them if you need something :)
