The game selection is really good. We liked the noisy atmosphere of lots of people playing different games. The food was good and portions were generous. Only missed the last star because we asked a server for a water refill after supper but didn't get it. After 15 minutes I went to the bar myself and got water. Also they were out of cheesecake which looked good on menu.
1st time here and had a great time. Good assortment of games and staff helped out everyone with how to play the various games. There is food and drinks but didnt try as ate before we arrived. Totally fun experience including for kids.
Absolutely amazing place! Board games, escape rooms, friendly staff and great food! This is definitely a place to visit at least once if you're stopping in Fredericton! If you've never tried mead before I can't recommend trying the sampler enough! Pay the $1.50 extra for all of them, although their own custom drink Scuttlebutt is definitely the best flavour so if you want to just try one definitely give that a go!
We absolutely love it there, from the games, drinks, food, but the noise level from the echos really kills the whole thing for us. The service and selection are top notch and prices are fair! But we leave feeling bummed and like we could have gotten take out, played at home and not felt so exhausted from the sound overload. It's such a great place but for the sensory sensitive not so much. Still giving 5 stars because they deserve it and shouldn't be penalized for our preferences and sensitivities.
Went with my 5 yr old, awesome place! Would suggest waiting until 7 or 8 but there was still games for 4-5+, just that the cool games that attract eyes are for older audiences. Food was good and quick service. Prices were fair.
We've been there to try new games. The staff listened to our preferences and guide us. With only 2 suggestions we finally bought the second one, yes you can buy every game you try "in a brand new box". Staffs know what they're doing. Perfect service. Foods and drinks available. Also Beers, big big win. 5$ each to play, no time limit.
My favorite place to visit whenever I’m in Fredericton. Loved the escape rooms, food was great, and lots of fun board games to choose from. Workers were very friendly and helpful as well!
Not the best. Didn't know they charged to sit in... when you're buying food/drinks. Seems steep to charge to sit in & play a board game. Maybe if you weren't ordering food and drinks. Took 20 mins to get coffee & kettle chips when we the only ones in the place at the time. Coffee was not good at all Edit to reply to response : While $5 might not be much to spend, it is when we were not informed of the added cost to go to the cafe when we told them it was our first time in. The staff did not inform us it costs to sit in the premises. It is expensive when you aren't aware of it and it's just thrown onto the bill. What if we didn't want to play a board game and just enjoy a coffee? We were in 3 weeks ago, before our flight to Scotland. Just to get coffee and something to eat.
Had a great afternoon playing games with the kids. And had some great snacksFood: 4/5
Love this place to try out games before buying or to go with a group of friends for a fun night out. They have a good selection of games for sale as well. Their food is good too!
