University Hospitals Streetsboro Health Center

Could have been seen faster at the ER. Four hours is not fast. Two and a half just waiting in the waiting room. Staff was mixed. Some were nice, and then some were rude. One of the staff had the guts to say to one of the other people waiting to "hurry it up! We don't have all day here too wait!" This woman had blown out her back. And apparently they do have all day to wait because we sure did a lot of waiting here! And still counting!

Soooo Much better then Cleveland clinic.. Even if I waited 15hrs. Way better then Cleveland clinic.. 5 star all day.

There was pretty much no one in the waiting room so I got back quickly. The nurse, doctor, and general staff were actually really nice and were concerned for my well being. I have bad anxiety, but they were very attentive and caring. The doctor didn't know what was wrong, but he didn't seem to think it was anything serious. Since they weren't able to do anything for me they didn't charge me for the visit. Overall it was a great experience. The bad reviews must have went on a bad day.

The doctors are mediocre at best, quick to rush you out the door regardless of wether or not your issue has been addressed. To make matters worse, the patient advocates are anything but helpful, and are merely there to advocate for the doctors and hospital. Do not waste your time sitting in their waiting rooms. A shameful way to run a business.

Seen snails move faster than this place. If it can wait 6 or more hours and you have nothing better to do then this is your place. If not you may want to find somewhere else
