I was extremely unhappy with my mother's care here. They broke her toe taking her on the lift to the shower. Unbelievable. So many other issues.

Amazing staff! Amazing place to be!!! Truly have a passion for the care they do and the lives they touch.

The staff at Portage Couny home are a group of very caring indivualsl, who together, do an outstanding job.  My Aunt is here and we were able to come in and do some activities with here that made her day.  It involved doing some tasks that would have been very easy for staff to say, that can't happen and leave it at that.  However their enthusiasm for our project was heartfelt and appreciated by family and by my Aunt more, than they will ever know.  Thank you all for making it happen, and allowing us to make a woman's, not only day but her YEAR!!!!!!!
