Booked a minivan for a 3 day trip to Algonquin. Found a mispriced quote online, got the price honored when I called in to confirm. Was allowed to use my own insurance offered via credit card as opposed to having to buy the insurance. Called to let them know that I would be an hour late in returning the car after they closed as I needed to clean the car up for them. They were very understanding and waived the late fee. Great experience overall and I would definitely recommend them over any of the bigger brands.

A quien pueda interesar:deseo informar,la atención fue pésima e incluso pagué un precio más alto del que había hecho mí reservacion.un carro que no sirve de nada.manchas en los asientos.todo escrashado por fuera y muy sucio por dentro.lamento expresarme de esta manera.me siento muy mal por esto.una de sección total.me trataron en pocas palabras como basura.y luego de ver el error que cometió el señor me cambió él carro un poco mejor.pero sucio.y yo tengo que entregar el carro limpió o sé quedaban con mis 300.00dolares de deposito.deverian tener personal adecuados frente a su compañía.de $6.39 a 10.80 hay gran diferencia.y pagar $77.22 por los toll.ya que tuve que pagarle pues lo tuve que usar.inecesariamente.espero no no me cobren mis 300.00 dólares por cualquier excusa.tambiem le tome fotos como el anterior.gracias por su atención.
