I ended up being in need of an emergency rental. Greg was so kind and responsive that he called me back later on in the day to check in and see if everything was okay. Upon returning the rental he gave me zero issues and simply looked over the car and signed off that it was okay. Let's be honest, in 2018 it's hard to find business that would be as personable and kind as Total Rental. Greg runs a tight ship - all his staff are very hard working and I would easily choose this rental over any other company. Greg is a no BS, straight forward to the point guy, does not cause anyone additional issues or problems. Greg - thank you for making my rental experience a lot less stresful!

I was referred here after I was involved in an accident. I was taken care of the whole time. Amazing Service, Greg is awesome. He really went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable. I would definitely come back here again and I’d recommend them to anyone!

I was fortunate to have met this company after my car had been hit by a bus. Although my insurance company gave them a very hard time as a smaller company they remained hospitable and courteous towards me the customer from start to the very end of dealing with them. Not one to leave many reviews but a company with this type of customer service deserves all the recognition. A special thank you to Greg for his accommodating service and remaining a man of his word. More companies should follow in suite as they are a prime example of what it takes to excel in satisfactory customer service. The foundation of every great business.

This has been such a great company to do business with. They go out of their way to be helpful. When I had my car accident (which was my first and only), they rented us the car and we have stayed in business with them ever since. Can't recommend highly enough.
