Avis Car Rental

I've been using this office for years and they've always done right by me. They treat me very well and go out of their way to offer the best possible customer service. Last week I had to book a car at the last minute and when I got there they didn't have one in the size I asked for, so they upgraded me to a better car at no extra charge. They're always personable and they know me when they see me, which is about two or three times a year. I love this Avis centre! These guys are awesome!

This location is run by a father son combination. The son (Jr.) solid guy, very friendly, fantastic customer service, and FAST! I rented a car for a week and returned it to the father, a kind older gentleman who has been working there for more than 7 years did me the fantastic favour of dropping me off nearby so that I can pick up my new car. Overall experience was great with little to no headaches. I'd rent from here again.

Absolutely awful service. Rude employees. Had a car and the check engine light and change oil light came on about ten minutes after I got the car and was already on the highway. Took it to get looked at somewhere else. When I told them this they said "well you took the car". And paid over $300 for two days. When I asked for a discount for my time that was wasted to have the car looked at they again told me too bad. Would absolutely not recommend and avoid this place. You'll pay way too much for very little and to be treated poorly. Rent a car somewhere else.
