They fine me €864 in repairs for a minor abraison.Whether it was there or not before the rental is up for debate as we took it from a dark underground car park not to mention that one must look from underneath to even see this. As can also be seen from the pictures I was sent of this damage, your employee seemed to know where to find it as it is barely visible. This can be seen in his reflection in the pictures attached to this email how he had to bend the camera down to take the picture. Sounds a bit fishy to me.  It is also very fishy how I was there past 8am when I left the car and your employee was not there to check the car, when you are supposed to be open at that time. Then I get an email half an hour later. He obviously did not want to check the car whilst I was there. This is nothing but a scam!! You are telling me that such a minor abrasion has caused all this damage. It is obvious that you were looking to scam money off your clients.

After reading these comments I had a knot in my stomach and was sure this rental would not go smoothly and was prepared for the worst but it was the complete opposite. Audi was friendly and professional, spoke English and managed to get us a great car for our group of 6 last minute on a Sunday. No problems during, before or after rental.  Do note that we did get full insurance. I thought it best after reading the comments and insisted even though my husband usually always refuses it because he thinks he is such a great driver and falsely believes that his credit card has enough insurance that would cover problems. Refusing it always makes things more awkward at rentals, they probably push it because they get commision on it plus they are tired arguing with clients after the rental about what scuffs and skratches were there before. This time there was no pushing except from me and yeah it does raise the price quite a but but also gives quite a bit of peace of mind. Note that interior of car is not covered in the protection and they take out a deposit on your card for that. Id we had not gotten the insurance though, the deposit would have been much higher, I doubt our credit card could have handled it.

... Very Bad Experience 1- First of all the car location in car parking was different from what was given to me. 2- I have booked a diesel car but they gave me a petrol one and nobody told me about this change, while driving I called the customer care to confirm if it is diesel they told me yeeees I tried to fill up the tank with diseal but the the fuel did not go into the tank then I discovered it is petrol!!!! 3- When I returned the car and I got the deposit back there was an extra deduction for EUR 58! no body told me for what? I contacted customer care without benifet "send an email" they told me, I sent an email with no response... I have used the app also but nobody sent me the detailed invoice.

The cars there are all new, so they are a bit expensive. The staff is very helpful. I would like to thank Odil who helped us a lot and always answered our many questions a bit annoying Q  with a smile. I can only recommend Europcar to anyone who wants to travel through Austria.

Very helpful staff. return after hours was easy. just parked the car in garage and dropped the keys. next mornng got confirmation.

Return process was not clear. No email nor info board in -3 level. We had to walk to the office in different location and asked them about the return process since no staff was in the parking garage. Turn out the key return box was in ground floor. Drop key manually in the box
