They have good prices, however the prices reflect the service. I have rented from this location a number of times and each time, the service got progressively worse each time. The "manager" at this location loves his job about as much as being run over by one of the rental vehicles. If you do rent from this company, make sure that they are your last option and make sure that the paperwork for the rental period that you requested is correct. The last time I rented from them, they charged me an extra $75 because they didn't pay attention to the reservation and didn't enter rental into the system for the correct period. so no only did they charge us for extra time (which we would have paid for anyway, if they entered it properly into the system) but they charged us extra for returning the vehicle "late". One last thing. When you rent vans from this location, don't expect it to have a full tank. UPDATE: It looks like there is a new manager at this location who appears to give a crap about his job (for the moment). But there are STILL communication issues between the call center and the location. I recently booked a vehicle through the call center and told them that we were traveling over the border and that there will be an additional driver. They told us that there would be a $10/day fee for going over the border (which was fine), but they failed to tell us about the $10/day additional driver fee (which we only found out about when we picked up the car), which was really annoying because we had a budget that we had to stick to for the trip.

Showed up at 8:30 and there was no one there, waited an hour for someone to show up then took forever. The guy waiting behind me had to return the car I was renting, all in all waited well over an hour, stick to enterprise 2 blocks west.

Very poor. Borderline fraudulent. Didn't have the truck I reserved more than a month in advance, despite having confirmed it via phone just two days before pick-up. Tried to have me take a much larger truck instead (one that was impractical for the loading areas I needed to get in and out of). Finally (after 1 1/2 hrs of waiting) got me a truck from another location. Found out later they charged me two days rental on my credit card despite my returning the truck after one day, claiming I should have returned it to the other location (though they advised me to return it to their location). They were unresponsive to my complaints on the charges, evasive when asked, never returned calls and falsely tried to claim I had used 150 km of mileage when it was actually about 40 km. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Not trustworthy, not honest and not worth your business.

Happy with my experience with this company. They are quick and efficient. The drop off service is handy too!
