I had a great experience at this pharmacy. I'm sure pharmacies get a ton of bad reviews because people go there when they're sick and cranky, but I was pleasantly surprised. My prescription was filled in under 10 minutes, and the young woman at the counter was personable, warm, and caring. The male pharmacist took the time to double-check with me about the dosage, which I appreciate. I would definitely come back.

Cosmetic staff that greeted me was super welcoming. Pharmacy staff was rude and unhelpful. I had checked the isles before coming to the counter for help. Even waited for them to finish their conversation with each other. Was told to go to isle five in a snooty tone even though I asked kindly. Isle five had contact solution saline which can not be used for cleaning piercings and could have caused me an infection. Good thing I did the research beforehand.

First time customer, was there since my regular pharmacy did not have my medication. I was impressed with how the pharmacist was helpful and took his time to give me proper guidance. PS they also had a great range of products that you wouldn't usually find in a pharmacy. Definitely coming back and would recommend.

I have been a repeat customer of this pharmacy for years but as many of the other reviews state, unfortunately the customer service is mediocre at best. There was an error made with my prescription last week and after calling to attempt to get the correct medication for myself, the pharmacist was very rude and condescending. There has also been repeat incidents of my medication not being ready after I had called a minimum of 4 hours prior to picking it up. Unfortunately, even if it is close, i’d recommend going elsewhere!

Absolutely horrible staff, behaves extremely rude to customers, even due to language! Have been to the store for years and this never changes! Last time I went there, it was shocking and then I read reviews here that most people are facing this! There are several stores in the same floor, never have we experienced staff being reluctant about losing sales due to their rudeness. I dont use this pharmacy at all, but its true that one pharmacy staff did not respond for few times, which wasted time as the front staff started complaning about time to us ! From the front counter staff, the two female employees, who seem like they are in charge, are the worst! They behave the worst when you are people of colour and does not care about losing sales only so they could win over arguments after behaving like that to customers! Only few beauty counter staff seems to be amiable, dont think that's enough. Simply saying ‘we can do this instead of this’ in a friendly way is the least we can expect. They are losing customers because of this, and its disgusting to see such staff who condescends customers at a regular basis even after so many bad reviews! I dont write reviews but the One star is given for Canada post! Go to the other nearby stores and protect your respect, your identity and mental peace!

I should have read all the reviews about poor customer service before trying to fill a prescription at this location. Absolutely unprofessional pharmacy staff. Somehow managed to lose my prescription for a medication ? and were unhelpful and condescending toward my efforts at solving this problem.

Completely useless employees. I do not say this lightly they are utterly useless. Asked if they carried something and the worker's answer was "I don't know, wait for this other woman who is on break". They proceeded to walk an aisle and stand there. No wonder brick and mortar businesses can't compete with online retails. GOOD RIDDANCE!

Dishonest, they scam the government and if you go in with a prescription they will give you less than it’s prescribed. That is to say if you need 40 units of a particular medicine, they’ll give you 30 and tell you that’s all you need—And therefore modifying the doctors prescription without your consent. I found them to be really dishonest and actually super rude. When I objected to the fact that they were giving me less than my prescription they told me to go somewhere else… So I did. I don’t recommend them

The women who work the cosmetic counter are always friendly and helpful, however, the pharmacy staff are rude and confrontational. I have always picked up my covid test kit from the left side 4-5 times now, no-one ever politely mentioned that I need to first go to the right side first. So today when I went, I went to the left again, waited for customers in front of me, but when I kept getting passed over, I spoke up and all 3 became rude and would not give me a test kit, until I went to the right. Maybe just a simple "sorry, let me quickly ring in this customer then I will get your kit for you. Next time you come, it would be faster if you go to the right side first." Or make a clear sign.

I came here for labs and the staff were very rude. They also never provided the results to my doctor, even though their office called them multiple times. So I have to go have the labs taken again. This time I will go somewhere where they treat patients with respect.
