Booked an appointment for a test here. Showed uo at my appointment and they said they wouldn’t have the materials for it for another two days. Why have appointments slots on througj ClicSante if you can’t actually perform the service?
very happy with the excellent service i was given here. The pharmacist went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of. Pharmacists are doing a lot of work during the pandemic and I felt that he truly cared to make sure I felt safe, informed and took the time to explain everything to me. I will be back for future pharmacy needs.
Over an hour after my appointment, still waiting no service. People with appointments ahead of me leaving in frustration, probably won't get vaccinated... Well they get sick because of this pharmacy treating appointments they can't respect ? Maybe. Meanwhile, staff are laughing and giggling amongst themselves

If you want a pharmacy to cover minimum needs it’s a good place. But don’t expect any compassion or any clinical judgement.
