Union Wireless

My Union phone never works in any airport. I have to hit the wifi to get anything to work. Can't even make a phone call or text. Salt Lake City, Portland, Indianapolis, Chicago...same story everywhere. When out of Wyoming, I'll get text messages that are HOURS old on a regular basis. Clearly we're last priority on the AT&T and T-Mobile networks and it shows. As much as I wanted to love using a local company, it was been the single worst wireless phone provider I've used in 20 years. That said, customer service in store and call in are very friendly and professional.

They need to upgrade their network. They are always more than a year behind on everything. Very limited 4G network, only use if you have to or need a GSM based network in rural areas. Also much higher prices than is needed. In store customer service is friendly and helpful.
