Absolute garbage service. I have been in multiple times and each time is horrible. Very rude and don't care to make a sale. You are better off to go to the gun room in Evanston or drive to trailhead guns in rock springs

The "humans" (i suspect) that work in this store are a clear indication that the dead still roam the earth. These people ripped me off on a simple fishing license purchase due to complete ignorance, i witnessed one specific clerk actually refuse to help a customer because he was playing a game on his phone. How does this place stay in business? Whomever invested the capitol in this store needs to clean house, or they will be BK very soon if they allow these clerks to run this place into the ground. If you come here because you forgot your license, you would be better off driving as far as you need in the opposit direction to find live humans to help you. If you want to see the worst customer service on the planet, this is the place to visit! Honestly, its more like visiting the zoo to watch the primates eat lice from each other in a grooming ritual, i honestly beleive the ones in the zoo are smarter than the "humans" running this store... Its scary and sad at the same time!
