I will change my review if they fix this. Otherwise more are coming. I tried to get an m5 lower sent. I already got some ar15 ones sent from a further distance. But been waiting on this one for a month. When I called they claimed they didn't have the info. But I called multiple times. And I confirmed with my store a ton. He said he'd resend it. Then eventually said he will special order his own since the guy here simply seems to not do his job. Or is incapable to pick up the phone and talk to the guy at my store. When I did call he was telling me he first needs to verify that they even have any. Like what the hell?? I already confirmed a month ago you guys do. And supposedly it was saved for me. And was supposed to be fedexed. This is the worst interaction I've ever had similar to this or from a Murdoch's. And I've never waited this long for an item. Not to mention him then claiming like he may not have the item. If so, you guys lied to me and failed to save it. On top of failing to ship it. It's just ridiculous.

I believe her name was Esperanza. The manager, needs to take a few more classes on Customer Service. She is the rudest managers I have ever talked to. Calling people liars THEN when she is proven wrong, never apologizes. Working in retail, you need to be presentable, professional and it doesn’t hurt to be kind to people. Especially when YOU are wrong. It’s okay to say “I was wrong.” It’s okay to apologize. But being blatantly rude to customers unacceptable! Maybe work somewhere that doesn’t work with the public. I’d rather drive all the way out to Rock Springs than to ever go to this Murdoch’s again! One person can ruin it for everyone!!

I love shopping at Murdochs. We wander through the whole store each time we go it. Looking at clothes, shoes, camping equip and puppy toys. We love to grab an old timey candy from their big selection and take it on the road.

Love that this store has a little bit of everything we need. The employees are all super kind and helpful and they are very knowledgeable about their inventory!

They do not offer a Military Discount. Kinda funny how they profit off pro Military apparel but don’t actually support the troops. I’ll be shopping elsewhere.
