We could not have had better service from the Country Cottage Gift House. Al took the time to send me pictures of my options, as I don’t live in Wyoming. He ensured that I was able to send the perfect gift to our friends. It was fantastic to work with such kind people who provide beautiful, unique arrangements.

Donna did an AMAZING job with this 101 flower bouquet! She was so pleasant to work with and was very invested in making the most beautiful creation for me! It’s so nice to have service like that! I’m so pleased with my experience and the service I received, my arrangement is gorgeous as well! Thank you!

Donna was awesome to work with for our mothers funeral. She even delivered the flowers to Mountain View. She made sure everything was super fresh, beautiful and just what we envisioned. She even did a last minute order and had it ready first thing the following morning in time for the coroner to bring them over. Her pricing was on point and we felt like we definitely got our money’s worth. She was patient about payment as we had to gather funds from multiple people. This helped with the stresses that come with saying goodbye to loved ones. She also did a great job on individual arrangements everything was beautiful! I highly recommend country cottage for all your floral and gift needs, especially funerals.

Country Cottage made it easy to send my grandmother some flowers for her birthday. Their customer service was amazing very refreshing. They sent me a picture of the flower arrangement that was going to be delivered and WOW was it a beauty! They delivered the flowers in an extremely timely manner so my grandma could enjoy them all day. Thank goodness my search led me to Country Cottage Flower and Gifts. Trying to send a basket and arrangement to a friend from another state can sometimes be a daunting task. I can't imagine having a better experience than I had with Al. He went to great lengths to help me pick out the best options available. He even sent me pictures of arrangements already prepared that could be delivered quickly. He went above and beyond to make the delivery of my arrangement and gift basket to be truly special. It was hard to pick out just one as Donna has such a gift with presentation of her arrangements. You can bet this local shop has earned my business from here on out. I so loved working with Counyry Cottage Flowers and Gifts! My situation was a funeral. I called quite late and wondered if I might still get a delivery that evening to a private residence. Al went out of his way to hand-deliver the flowers I selected. There was a glitch with my credit card and even after delivery, Al was so kind as I worked with my bank to see what the problem was. Outstanding customer service! I work out of town so I always need help celebrating my family and Country Cottage Flower and Gifts made it so easy to get that special something to my granddaughter for her birthday!! Less that two hours from the first call to the delivery being made!!

I loved the personal phone call to discuss what flower/plant arrangement would be good for my dear cousin who passed away too soon. The price was fair and delivery free to a local Evanston funeral home. The owner even sent a text with pictures of my receipt and the beautiful arrangement. I wasn't sure I would be able to attend the funeral in person but was able to. Seeing that the arrangement was delivered to the funeral home in a timely matter meant a lot. I highly recommend this business!
