Union Station Bus Terminal

No food court or restaurant in a busy terminal. There's only a part time second cup cafe and some wending machine. The place is clean but the waiting hall was designed with no spirit and feeling. They have even printed the windows so you can not even see the buses while waiting.

I hate the bus system here. They should have announced the gate in advance, more than 10 minutes before the departure time. The bus station is two floors. I am not used to the zone system. Thus, anyone should be careful and give some extra time more than 10 minutes!! Otherwise, you might miss the bus. The station lacks of staffs. No one is there to help me with the traveling zone. I doubt that many people who are unfamiliar with this system miss the bus. Importantly, the bus leaves the station sharply! I did have to reschedule the new trip because of this reason. The system is inconvenient for a tourist.

Nice bus station. It's kept very clean. There are multiple screens with updated departure times, zones and gates. Gates also are announced over the speakers when assigned. Could use some more seating but other than that a very well organised station.nnYou can access the station from Union through Scotiabank Arena. Signage to find it has improved over the year and is pretty easy to follow. There is also a street entrance on Lakeshore Blvd. If you are looking for somewhere to drop off by car the Bremner Blvd. entrance to Scotiabank Arena is a great option if there isn't a game or concert at the time.

So satisfied with this station. Washroom was spotless.. free wifi pps next tike make all chairs available for a charging port.. Thanks nnFun trip to Toronto because of the ease of getting a trip to and from Union Station BUS Terminal...

The station is clean, beautiful and everything was good until an old lady staff treated me so rude. I was patiently waiting aside for her to finish the announcement to ask about my bus because the live tracking showed wrong but she acted irritated and said I interrupted her while she was talking. I did wait for her to stop. Not helping at all.
