with out prejudicenThe worst administration I have ever seen in Ontario!nThe staff do not speak and understand English, particularly the workers.nnafter work hours if something happens in the lobby, elevators or floors they will respond the next day.nnNo one on call there.nnPlease do not rent in the following buildings:n35,43,47 and 49 Thorncliffe park drive.nnThese are very dirty buildings full of bed bugs , dirty floors garbage on the floors, smells and elevator always out of service.nnpretend, if there is an emergency there is only one elevator and 26 floors thousands of people living there. you might lose your live or your family lives in case of emergency.nnThere is no safety and no security cameras there is always strangers walking in the basement and homeless in the building.nnMy family is living in 47 building, in this recent rain fall four out of five elevators are out of service for the past four days.nnThey never answer the phone.nnI am moving my family soon of this building.

First of all this building is not managed properly the workers are nice but they do not get things done propperly and the technicians this building hires do cheap work they will fix it and after 2 days it will not work and sometimes 1-2 elevators don’t work and there was a old lady that sits on the bench sometimes in the lobby has no manners and she always proceeds to argue with kids for no reason one day I witnessed her telling a 2 kids shut up and then she gets up and charges at them with her 4 wheel thing that people put in front of them and walk with it that old lady is out of control and it is not safe for your child to be by them self if she’s there she might swear at them and scream at them and in this building the emergency phone doesent work after hours when it is supposed to and if there is a problem your gonna have to wait for 2-3 months before they come and fix it and it ends up breaking a week after

This building management is worst management I have ever seen. In building's parking there is always flood and damaging cars. When we call management they are so rude. Don't come to this building.
