6030 Bathurst St

6030 bathurst units are one of the new and clean looking ones I would say compared to the apartments nearby. Price is a bit more expensive than others though. Contrary to the other reviews, I only saw 2 tiny cockroaches during my entire 1 year stay. Perhaps it depends if you have a lot of food or garbage in the open. Radka, the leasing agent at the office was really sweet and helpful. Can't really say much about maintenance but the 2 times that we reached out, we were accommodated right away. Overall, we enjoyed living here. A lot of supermarkets nearby with easy access to public transportation.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible place to live, terrible management. Building is infested with cockroaches all over, dont bother asking them to spray your unit, the cockroaches come back 10 fold and stronger. Some of them are unkillable, you can smash one in half and it will go about its day like nothing happened. This place needs to be teared down immediately ASAP! stay away!

Worst apartments i have ever seen in my life the hallway,elevators and every other thing is extremely dirty. There is no security every week there is a new problem in the unit such as door hinge, toilet pot, hot water and etc. The price are stupidly high. The roght prices should be the half of what they are asking right now. Mantainence average time is 3 months until unless you go to the managment office everyday for 7 straight days. The elevators re all damaged make noises like something is going to break any minute.

If I could give 0 stars I would...this place is not even worth 1 star. The building is being held up buy thousands of cockroaches. And if your lucky enough to get management to bomb your apartment it doesn't make a difference because the cockroaches will just come back way worse a week later. This place needs to be condemned.

Very good manager Radka in this building, always resolves issues quickly. Very friendly and attentive. If it is not possible to fix the problem immediately, she will solve it as soon as possible. I am grateful for her responsiveness and attention!
