Uncle Jim's Family Dining

Not a good experience. Had the salad bar and it was old. Film on the soups and dressings. Stuff was not fresh nor cold. Several others had the same and not once did the staff check. This around 5:30 so would figure for dinner something would have been fresh. However the pita bread my wife had was the best. A lot of people standing around. And before 6pm they ran out of baked potatoes.. Not good.

Great environment to sit with family and friends to enjoy a meal in the centrally located area of pocate llo near city hall. It is nice to have a restaurant who has some different selection in menu choices. Breakfast is great and they do awesome with their catering too!

My husband and I came in for the Saturday breakfast buffet. Everything was well prepared. And the variety was good. Will definitely visit again.

Staff was unfriendly. The salda bar was nothing special, almost out of the wilted lettuce the entire time I was there all the fruit was out of the can, the cheese was stall, the soups had film over it. Grandpa seemed to enjoy his salmon so 2 stars.

I do trivia here once a week and it's a great homestyle meal. I love their pita bread and chocolate cream pie especially!
