O.K. we’ll be the first to admit that a gas station may not be your idea of a fine dining experience -- but remember that we’re Pocatellans and…well, we don’t always follow the rules. Pleasantly satisfied with our lunch here, served by friendly and attentive Julie. The decor and atmosphere are warm and charming. We had Steamer Clams, Five Cheese Pizza, Shrimp Pesto Linguine and a glass of Spanish red wine. All very good and at very reasonable prices. We definitely will return and recommend Cafe Tuscano!Food: 5/5
I loved the pizza here and the pasta was very good as well. We got the cheese and the veggie pizza and added chicken. Came out great. Pretty good prices for the size and quality of the pizza. Would recommend stopping in if you're in the area.
The food was stellar. I cannot say enough good about the fettuccine Toscano and the Italian panini. The drink, however, did not come until meal was all but over and was just there in taste. The dessert was absolutely delicious. Go for the food and atmosphere and friendly service. You will not be disappointed. Loved it.
Jason is amazing. Our catering was more than we ever expected. The charcuterie boards were perfect, fresh and most importantly to us locally sourced from local family businesses. Amazing work. Would highly recommend for your next event.
Real good food. Good size portion. Deceptively large restaurant. Looks like they are remodeling as well so this place is going to be massive. Service was great I was early for dinner but, sat me anyway and got dinner going for me. If you stay at the Hilton in the parking lot you get a hotel guest discount.Food: 5/5
Excellent food and service! We have been here a few times during our travels and we always have a wonderful experience. The ambiance is warm and inviting and staff is always gracious and professional. The food is always perfect-beautiful presentation and tastes delightful! Pictured are tye blackberry and brie appetizer, house salad with crawfish bisque and spaghetti bolognese.
The food was fantastic, and service was great. All around one of the best dinning experiences we've had in town. It's spendy, but honestly the food really does have the proper flavor profile to justify the price.Dine in: Yes
I am so impressed with the food here. A nice date night atmosphere. The crayfish bisque was awesome and the pork in marsala sauce was incredibly tasty. The food, service, and selection are all fantastic. The only reason I gave it a 4 star was I do not feel that the prices is quite in line with the quality and quantity of food. I would definitely go back.
Great food, great ambience! We had steak bruschetta, crawfish bisque, salads. I had some grilled shrimp with my salad. The bill for linch for four was very affordable, nearly cheap! Congratulations are in order. You found the best place to eat in Pocatello, ID. The food is AMAZING! I've been to Italy and this food takes me back there each time. The drinks are great. The Caprese is wonderful. The bar is a nice place to hang out. A game is usually on. The service is wonderful. My man Brock and Rockstar Lisa are always a pleasure to see. They won't steer you wrong on the best dish of the night and are always welcoming... the atmosphere here is just delightful and you sometimes run into a celebrity or two here. But you would be amazed at how affordable the food is for the superior quality you receive. I recently spent the same amount of money at Costa Vida a really terrible fast food mexican chain on the other side of town that just needs to die and go out of business... it was awful and I had to eat out of a pie tin. Taco Bell has better food wrapped in paper and that's not a compliment to Costa Vida. So imagine my surprise when I found out I could eat here at Cafe Tuscano, have the Tri-Tip fettucine and a nice drink pictured in the photo below... and share a nice meal with my lovely wife, who ordered the chicken caesar salad, for the exact same price!! Do you want to drive the Ferrari or the Geo Metro? What if you could buy the Ferrari for the price of the Metro? Cafe Tuscano is that Formula 1 Ferrari of the Italian Cafe's. Not for speed, but for over all quality and craftsmanship. I would bring my family or large groups here any time. I know everyone will have a wonderful meal and a good time. We live just up the street within walking distance. It's kind of our neighborhood fine dining. Please help us keep it classy when you visit. And it's ok to hold your wife's hand at dinner and lean in a little closer. That's a common sight here. It's got that romantic atmosphere. And its relatively easy on the wallet. You'll pay the same or more at other places in town, but the food, service and atmosphere won't even come close to the quality of Cafe Tuscano's. now... how do we keep this a secret?? Vegetarian options: animal protein is optional on many dishes. Just ask. Kid-friendliness: It's a family friendly place. Respectable. But it's not the McDonalds jungle gym either... be considerate... put 'em on a leash if you need to. Parking: Lots of it! Large sized spaces. If you manage to ding the car next to you, you just don't know how to park a car. Wheelchair accessibility: Good access. They have a legit ramp out front... but, it can get slick in the winter, so watch your step... which is the norm for most of Idaho anyway. Dietary restrictions: Just tell them what they are... they can custom cook.
