Scary. Got a full point inspection done. Explained to them that I was planning a trip accross Canada with precious cargo, my children, and needed things all working good. Got a call with a list, one being my lift gate motor was burnt out. It was the switch on my ceiling turned off. Had a tire sensor replaced and when I got my vehicle back all sensors were unset and had a front fender hanging off followed by a new rubbing noise when accelerating. Told them I was unsatisfied with the inspection. They explained thier top guy did it so they arranged for their other top mechanic to do another full point inspection done. Got a call that my transfer case all of a sudden is making the noise and wouldn't make the trip. They wanted $4500 after the $800 I just spent! It sounded like a scam so I arranged two separate inspections, by different garages, and they both passed the transfer case. That was 3 months ago and I crossed the country safely. For someone who knows little about vehicles I won't trust this company.
