I purchased a used Ford F150 just recently from Silverwood Toyota. Let me first start off by saying that I’ve never purchased a car from a dealership because all the horror stories you hear. But this was a completely eye opening experience. Our sales associate Terri Lynn was professional and very easy to work with. She made the whole buying a car experience quick and easy. No games and straight to the point - which I really appreciated. We ended up driving 5 hours to the dealership and 5 hours back home, but I would honestly do it again. Below are some pros and cons I would point out.nnPros:nEveryone at the dealership was very friendly and kind. The finance manager was very pleasant and easy to talk to. Overall it was a smooth and painless experience and I’ll definitely be coming back in the future, and recommending the dealership to my friends and family.nnCons:nUnfortunately the vehicle we picked up did have a few issues with the alignment and the wheel balancing, however when we reached out to the dealership they were able to assist with the situation and offered a solution.
The Team at Silverwood were so helpful. While everyone around town tried to talk my wife out of a hybrid or into paying $5000 over retail. Kevin and Hailey were able to give us a fair deal that was well worth the short drive. Highly recommend seeing the team at Silverwood!
Purchased a 2024 Toyota RAV4 and was treated professionally, respectfully. Hailey is very knowledgeable, patient and understanding to your individual needs. The best part was that there was no pressure to buy. Best place in the prairies to buy a new vehicle.
Sales staff are very knowledgeable on their products. Lana in Finance made sure we were happy with the numbers. Caroline helped in numerous ways. And of course the people in service and parts are always eager to insure we get what we needed. Overall everyone is very friendly and professional.
We recently purchased a brand new Sienna from Silverwood. The customer service is exceptional. Terilynn is a fantastic product advisor, and Lana Finance manager is exceptional - the both of them promptly responded to our queries, we paid a fair price for our vehicle, and we appreciated Terilynn's and Lana's honesty and integrity throughout the entire process. It was also great to meet Caroline as well - Caroline, you have an outstanding team! The vehicle arrived on-time as a bonus, slightly earlier and we were informed throughout the entire process. From the moment we arrived to pick up our vehicle, it was clear that the entire team at Silverwood prioritized building relationships, honesty and transparent pricing. It is well worth the drive, and we are incredibly grateful for the exceptional customer service we received from Terilynn, Lana and Caroline. We are delighted to refer our friends and family to Silverwood in the future.
