Silverwood Toyota

Silverwood Toyota was a great experience. I looked for my dream truck for two years. Silverwood had it and dealing with them was a laid back easy transaction. They were nice enough to hold my truck for a few weeks until my work shift ended. Blaine followed up on all items required and was very professional. Highly recommend this dealership.

Where do I begin? I bought 2019 Jeep Cherokee think I was getting an awesome deal. I was never more wrong. My 2015 Dodge Journey wasn’t in the best condition and I needed a vehicle so I was rushed to the dealership by Lana as she told me “You gotta hurry and get down here as we are closing early.” Keep in mind this was New Year’s Eve about 2:30pm. So I get down there and I’m unable to test drive the vehicle as Maddy went to fill it up. So I get down to the paperwork and Lana stated, “This vehicle has been mechanically inspected” which was from 2019. So this made me wonder about the vehicle. So we get the paperwork done and I was all set for the moment and as soon as I turned left the vehicle made a clunking noise. And I told Maddy about the issue and she told me to get it looked at and “I’ll see what I can do,” we’ll so far there’s nothing she has done so far. So now that I took it to a Dodge dealership and they inspected what was wrong, there’s over $3500 in repairs and the Manager/Silverwood wants actual photos of the parts that needs repairs. So it seems I was sold a lemon and Silverwood is calling me a liar. And no I have to take it into the dealership again just to take pictures of the parts that need replacing.

Just ordered a 2023 Highlander Limited today from Jason Talbot. Jason is extremely helpful and easy to deal with. Jason is upfront and never once tried to be pushy. He is there to assist his customers in making a confident and well-informed decision. We did all this over the phone, texting and emailing. Jason always responded promptly and enthusiastically. My wife and I look forward to not only the vehicle purchase but also to the relationship established now with Jason Talbot and Silverwood Toyota.

This is my go to dealership, bought my second Highlander Hybrid from them recently. Needed winter tires, got a quote, "all in, just make the appointment" says parts. Two weeks later my husband comes home with no pressure sensors as backordered, the wrong rims, an email sent by parts 15 min after the appt began, saying that they weren't available so they installed different ones for the same price and the wrong tires. He was only told of the sensor issue at pickup time. The rest he found out from me once home. I called to enquire of the rest and was told by parts that she couldn't remember which tires we wanted and thought that she put a note on the work order to ask. REALLY???? 0/3 on this one! Need better communication please. Neil and Dom are always all smiles and helpful, I found this encounter not up to what I expect.

Constant recalls with parts taking 10 - 12 months to show up, poor scheduling for service, nothing major can be done on weekends, and they don't provide a shuttle service out of town. Good luck if you work full-time outside Lloydminster and need any repairs done.

Great customer service and the sales rep was great . I was looking to get a highlander 2022 with some specific options after been disappointed with a dealership for a highlander 2021. Silverwood Toyota was able to deliver on what I actually ordered.

Friendly and polite staff who took care of may car the fastest service I ever experienced. Also the front desk lady is so nice for giving may daughter some coloring stuff and stickers.

I took my Toyota Highlander in for my first 6 month inspection at the Silverwood Toyota dealership and received an exceptional customer service! Not only was it done extremely fast and they respected our timings, they were really accommodating for our furrbabies as well! I was really impressed with how much care they cared for their customers. I will definitely be going back there for more business.
