When we purchased the camper they were sooo helpful, but it has been misery every since. Not one person that has worked there in the time that we have owned the camper has carried through with good service. They ignore calls  and don't get back to you with awnsers. Do not do as you ask and their overall service s non existent. I suggest going to Sellers in L Lloydminster. This company has totally failed in the er ice department with us.
