What an absolutely incredible place to do business. I don't very often leave reviews, but the level of service that I have received from this Honda dealership exceeds anything I have received anywhere, in any country, and any industry. All of their staff, from management, from the pro shop, and even a staff member who just happen to live close by, all really came together to make my shopping experience absolutely outstanding. Every effort was made to treat me like a valued and appreciated customer, I didn't even feel like I was shopping. It felt more like I was giving a close friend some money for something they had purchased on my behalf. I don't live anywhere near Lloydminster, but these folks took customer service to the nines. I wish more businesses were aware of the incredible value a first impression makes, and I will be a huge advocate for this company and the people that work for it.

One time I went to Lloydminster Honda and asked for tires that would fit my car with a set of rims I had sitting around. They did the install and I paid. When I got on the road I found that the tires were too big and made my car undriveable. I went back, they told me it was my fault and refused to give a refund. It may sound like I'm leaving out parts of this story that would put me at fault, but please understand that this is not the case. Over $700 wasted and they didn't care. Stay clear of Lloydminster Honda because once they have your money they will leave you high and dry at he first sign of complications. Perhaps instances like this is how they can afford such a beautiful building.

Freindly helpful staff. Don't seem to want to negotiate much on there prices even on some equipment they've been sitting on for 2 years
