Small office and parts department very cramped with limited access and parts avability

Everyone seems to care about their job and do a good job. But I work on a family farm and I was ordering parts and was fixing a new to us truck. So one day I had my mother go and pick up parts because I was having some personal issues with eye sight and also I had a lot of work to do on the truck. Should not have been a big deal but one part's person decided that he should make fun of me for sending my mother to get parts. Lloyd is an hour away from my farm and sometimes it's not feesable for me to run and get parts when there is a big driving distance because it waists my time when I could be doing things like the getting the truck ripped a part and ready for the new parts that my mother was bring back. I don't think I'll be doing business here again. I tend to get most of the parts I need for my projects myself but sometimes I call opon my family to help get things fixed faster by getting some else to go get parts that I have ordered. I'm also a journeyman agriculture technician and worked at a dealership for 10 years of my life and ran a shop of my own for 2.
