I never would have expected a martial arts gym to be so friendly and welcoming! From the first moment in the gym, the instructors were helpful, friendly, and high energy! I'm so happy these guys are in in the West end! Would recommend for anyone! Best gym ever!

I've been training at UFK Martial arts for two and a half years. I'm impressed with the respect and kindness that I have received over the years. The trainers are professional and courteous, They care a lot about people, it's a safe place for everyone to come. I highly recommend UFK martial arts for everyone.

My confidence, my body and my mindset are just some of the things that have improved drastically, with the help from UFK Martial Arts. Always leave in a sweat, with a smile from the work that they put me thru- it's a fun atmosphere to learn, the trainers there make it enjoyable.

My son has trained here for almost 2 years now. Amazing staff who are very experienced and have a true passion for teaching.  Very welcoming place for everyone.  I am truly grateful for all they are teaching my son.
