On top of a topnotch workout & a solid sweat I like coming to this studio for the cool welcoming coaches and the great vibe this place has. Gabby's classes are my favourites
My sister who had her second baby four weeks ago and I tried the Boxing 101 class with Anna. What a good time! It was the perfect amount of physical and mental challenge for both of us - not only a great workout but great skills to learn. I can’t wait to get back and keep progressing!
Love the studio and the trainers are all super positive and friendly. The classes are super easy to get into especially if you haven't boxed or done martial arts before. Would highly recommend!
