Love this place, from the moment you arrive you feel at home & welcomed. Relaxing, mindset altering breath work with Cian. Can't believe we managed a 5+ minute controlled ocean dip in January!! Highly recommend.

Cian brought relief for my tight body that I couldn't find anywhere else.

I took the Wim Hof workshop at The Stretch Space and had a very positive experience that I will never forget. Thank you Cian for offering a space that promotes growth and also for being an amazing teacher.
