Great vibe! Great instructors with deep knowledge and experience. I love that kickboxing class here is not like an aerobics class with boxing gloves on - they focus on strong technique and real fighting scenarios, while still whipping you into shape! Excellent club.

Been training here for nearly 7 years and I credit all the coaches for getting me into good shape again. They even helped me recover from a non-related knee injury from basketball. Great people to train with, great people teaching and just a great community to be part of.
