I would like to give the greatest review to Jordan Bergman at Smokey Point washington branch who went above and beyond to provide the best customer servive for me. I have recently purchased a home out of state from a different lender and had to do everything over the internet. That included copying, scanning, emailing and faxing loan documents. I am not computer saavy at all. Jordan happily offered to do it for me. He said he was there to offer the best customer service possible. And did he ever!! He even processed the loan closing package and notarized everything for me. I cant ever thank him enough. I know his boss was not happy with him helping me especially when it was not a US Bank loan. However, to his boss I would say, this kind of great customer service is exactly what does get you more loan business. I should have gone to US Bank for my home loan. I have been with them for many years. And i will go to them when i refinance my loan because of the great customer service Jordan Bergman provided to me. And for my next home purchase. Thank you Jordan Bergman for going above and beyond for great customer service.

I opened a new account with them a couple of months ago. They are horrible! They have so far, put a rent check into the wrong account ( my landlord banks with them) they gave me the wrong information and went around in circles, making me wait 30 minutes to deposit my rent again!! Then they I had a paycheck to deposit, and they gave me a receipt with total balance, then sent me a letter a week later telling me they put it there for 84 dollars less then what it was written out for, saying it wasn't written out wrong! Which may I add, all the checks to all the employees written out same way, including me, have never had a problem with any other bank! Then when I took it up with them, they admitted to a mistake and told me sorry and refused to fix it! Three times in three months! Very bad costumer service, horrible! I am a very easy going person, I treat you right, you treat me right, people make mistakes, we are human. But to make huge mistakes, not one, not twice but 3 times, and then not fix the last one, and expect us to! Come on!! Do not bank with them or put your trust in this bank, you'll only be disappointed! I have never had a worse bank... And I agree with comments on here, they are SLOW!

Terrible customer service. The other branches fill out my deposit slips automatically, no problem. This branch refuses to fill them out at all. No explanation just a generic that's our policy.

My wife and I were recently victims of a computer scam that involved our Visa cards. We went to our local branch in Smokey Point to get help. The staff was very helpful. The hero in this ordeal was our Personal Banker, Andrew Stiger. Andrew helped us through every aspect of closing our old accounts and opening up new accounts. Andrew was so very friendly, and competent, and professional. He not only took care of every aspect of the process of transitioning to new accounts, but he really cared for us! After 45 years of dealing with banks, I can not think of anyone who compares with Andrew. He is the best! Thank you Andrew! Steve
