Don't come here if you want prompt service. There seems to be enough staff, but the manager won't open additional teller positions even when more than a dozen people are waiting in line.

I have found nothing here but untruthful employees and a manager who just apologizes for his employees yet they still work there. Untruthful employee=bad employee=fire them.  Switching back to Chase and closing my account with them. Dont need business from Bank of America if they hire people like this and dont do anything to fix the problem.

Love this bank! It is a bit difficult to enter, especially coming from the east. Have to go across the I5 overpass, find a place to turn around and go back across the overpass towards west and be careful to turn at corner towards bank!!
