The few times i needed service there was a long wait. After 28 years & 824 credit rating they take away my Fixed 6.90% Visa card and changed it to variable rate no explanation now 7.40%? I use it for the ATM when there working.

There's a lot to like about BECU but the staff at this location are inept and most are rude and require the help of a coworker to do their job. Very disappointing.

I don't see BECU as having that great of set of rates. People are ok there. Basically it is an indoor ATM.
