We joined roughly a year ago and after switching from a very known bank we were worried to move to a new one, however, we have had nothing but great experiences so far and love that there is a branch located in almost every town around us. We never have to travel far to get to a branch and unlike some banks, they always have tellers so you don't have to hunt for a full branch. All in all, we are pretty pleased!

Signs show drive up ATM but there's no ATM - there's no ATM anywhere at this bank. I asked a teller and they said they took out the ATM. Why is the sign lit? Put up another sign 'no ATM' over it! I'm sure they have paper and a pen-on-a-chain to make the sign.

No Apple Pay:( But other than that everything is great!

They NEVER answer the phone and when I go inside the tellers don't smile and act like I interrupted thier day.
