I'd love to give this a 3-4 star but for one thing: they sell their locks and key to the tenant so that when your tenancy is over you're stuck with a lock and key that only fits their storage unit door. This is incredibly environmentally irresponsible. That's why this facility gets one star. It isn't thinking about anything other than profit so it is in the hands of the customers to help them become more responsible. Otherwise, apart from there being no where near enough trollies to move stuff from point A to B the facility is clean and well run. Just be prepared to pay for a lock you'll have absolutely no way of using afterward.

I rented a 5x10 there today and had just outstanding service. The blonde haired lady was awsum. She was simply more than helpful. I would recommend this place forsure. Thanks
