Been using for years. Friendly, on site management, heated ventilated storage and good security. Note: new management in 2017 (current and former are both great in my opinion).

We used this facility for seven years and they were always polite and professional. When our credit card company decided to update their appearance and sent us new credit cards and cancelled them when they didn't arrive in the mail (all without telling us) AA mini storage was completely understanding and waited patiently for our new credit cards to arrive in the mail and did not charge us any extra fees for paying late.

Not much to say, it's a storage place, but they have friendly staff and reasonable prices for what you get. Slightly expanded access hours would be great BUT then again it's a storage place, not your closet!

Wow, I've never experienced more rude, unprofessional people in a business situation ever! Absolutely terrible company to deal with. Don't waste your time, go somewhere else.
