I called on December 27 and spoke with a man who told me he will put my name/number on the waiting list for a $22/month 5x5 unit at the Woodgrove location. I called today only to find out that my name was never put on a waiting list and there are no such units at that particular location. The least he could have done was call me and explain the error instead of letting me think the unit never became available or whatever reason he had not to address the error. This is not good customer service. I am very unhappy with the way my situation was handled.

I have had a unit here for almost 7 years  great service.

Had a last minute issue with our car and needed a rental, was fast and efficient and were able to pick up the car and be on our way asap

Great place friendly staff excellent rates and well secured with video and electronic locks. Insurance is only five bucks.

Great experience and fantastic staff.  Really setting the bar for rental cars!!

My mother in law has storage there good people good service

Great facility!!  Wonderful people/staff.

They don't like answering the phone and elevator seems to not work a lot.

Kind staff, fast process for setting up a rental unit.
