City Mini Storage

***WARNING*** This is the worst company in Nanaimo! They have horrible security cameras that weren't able to see a huge break in to a few lockers as there is evidence to more than just one locker that was hit. Allowing people the freedom to steal thousands of dollars precious irreplaceable belongings. Then followed with a dull sense of nothing seemed to be out of place comment and a phone call to say that the lock was missing off said locker and then they put their own lock on it and no police were contacted Intel I myself called and reported to the police. To suffer such a great loss in trusting this place to be safe I lost everything ... There was no usable footage on the camera. Then to top it off the owner was beyond rude laughing saying that I only lost a TV.. Note they have no proof and neglect to my safety and others. (Also allowing people to live in there.) I was treated with zero respect! I hope to spread the word that nothing was resolved. This place is awful! The owner and staff are completely horrid people. DO NOT RENT HERE!!

Thew new owners of City Mini Storage were very helpful. The central location and affordable rates for mini storage in Nanaimo was an easy choice for us to store our belongings. Highly recommend City Mini Storage.

Great location and excellent rates. We have kept a storage locker here for a while for business and have always received great service.

Horrible security, and bad attitude. Customers get no respect when theft comes to hand. And to accuse the customer of lying... After stating they would compensate.... Very bad business imo.

My daughter's stuff got stolen from her unit. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
