Service my wife and I received was somewhat rude and poor, as if we were a burden to the gentlemen who "helped" us. He was rude and did not go out of his way to help us out in finding a moving truck despite it being last minute on our part. Regardless, it doesn't matter, you still should help people find options even though your locations availability is nill at the time. So we ended up going to the St. Cloud location, of which provided us with much better service and ended up helping us out despite the last minute request/notice.

Avoid this location. I had an appointment to have a hitch installed and gave me the price installed over the phone. I showed up for my appointment and dude went and looked at my vehicle and came back and said it will cost an extra $160 almost doubling the price. So don't get scammed by these people. If you need hitch or hitch related work done, seek elsewhere or go to your vehicle dealership
