Public Storage

After my unit was broken into it was very frustrating for me, being that I live out of town. It also seemed they may have had some careless workers who weren’t doing their best at making sure things were running smoothly. Today I received a call from a Jenae (hopefully correct spelling) and she sincerely apologized and made me feel comfortable with continuing to use them to store the rest of my things. I’m just glad thing worked out!

Do not Use Public Storage, you will be upset afterwards. If you pay with cash make sure to check your receipt. Not all staff, but one in particular is very shady if you pay with cash. Mickey Joy, the area manager doesn't care for customer service. This all from personal experience. I've complained to managers about issues and no one cares. No one has ever called me back about the issues I've had with this place.

Janae is very hard worker they are always busy either in the office or outside cleaning up, keep up the great work!

Angel helped me get set up with my unit fast. Was very friendly and got me on my way.

I have been using this public storage for one year and I love it. Sharnell is incredible helpful and friendly. I feel very safe storing all my stuff here.
